KOZYNAP Mattress Warranty Policy
All KOZYNAP products are made with utmost care to ensure that you continue to have Good Sleep while using KOZYNAP products. However, in an unlikely event of any manufacturing defects, you need not worry, since KOZYNAP products are covered with Warranty. We will be happy to repair or replace the Product, to ensure complete peace of mind for our esteemed Customers. - Warranty is applicable on products purchased from Authorised Distributors/Dealers/Resellers or Direct purchase from Company /Company website, or online/offline market places where the company has listed or placed its products
- Presenting Purchase Invoice is mandatory for filing any warranty claim by Customer.
- To avail warranty benefits, the purchase has to be registered with the company. Filling up Warranty Registration form is must to avail warranty. (https://kozynap.com/warranty-registration/)
- Information provided by the customers on the Warranty Registration form must be complete and accurate in order to avail Warranty benefits.
- Warranty period will commence from the date of purchase of Mattress by the customer. Warranty registration form should be filled and submitted within 30 days of purchase else the purchase may not qualify for warranty claim.
- Warranty is valid only if proper care of the mattress is taken as per the use and care directions given herewith.
- The limited warranty will not be transferable to subsequent owners of the mattresses
- Warranty is limited to sagging, crumbling and natural disintegration of only the mattress core. Damages not specifically listed herein will not qualify for warranty benefits.
- Warranty does not include damage of fabric such as tears, stains, burns, pilling and bobbins, colour fading bleeding etc due to regular usage
- Warranty claims will be settled by Company at its sole discretion by either repair, replacement or by issuing Credit Notes to Customer on verification and acceptance of Claim as per Company policy and procedure.
- The credit note value will be calculated on the basis of pro-rata balance period of warranty.Illustration as below :
- Suppose a mattress Purchase value is Rs 10,000/- and has a Warranty of 36 months. In case, warranty claim is submitted at the end of 15th month. Balance warranty tenure is 21 months. Credit note amount would be 21/36*10000=Rs 5833/-
- Any transportation cost during the redressal process has to be borne by the customer.

- The company’s decision will be final on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty
- Management reserves the right to change warranty conditions without any prior intimation.
- All matters subject to Kolkata jurisdiction
IMPORTANT NOTE
- Please Rotate the mattressonce a month to prevent creation of permanent body impression on the mattress. Body impression are normal and inevitable. These may be minimized by rotation at regular intervals.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING
- Warranty does not cover sagging of less than 25 mm for mattress.
- Any physical damages or wear & tear.
- Liquid spillage, marks, stains and other discoloration.
- Damage of mattress due to improper usage such as bending, folding, dragging, jumping, placing the mattress on uneven surface, or damages due to excessive exposure to moisture/humidity, temperature or other extreme environmental conditions.
- Warranty is NOT valid if the original configuration of the product is changed
- Warranty is not applicable on Zipper on the mattress (if any), Fabric and Quilting of the mattress.
- Warranty is not applicable if there is any un-authorised service or any kind of alteration during the Warranty Period
- The company's decision will be final on the nature of the defects and applicability of the warranty.
